Financial Literacy & Career Workshop

The Financial Literacy and Career Workshop held on July 17th, 2023, at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) proved to be a resounding success for over 200 eager undergraduate participants. Co-organized by the Supply Chain and Business Alliance (SCBA) and Shanta Asset Management Limited (SAML), the workshop aimed to equip students with crucial financial knowledge, early investment strategies, and valuable career guidance.

Held at the esteemed Sheikh Kamal IT Incubator, the event fostered a dynamic and collaborative environment. SCBA, a student-driven organization at CUET, spearheaded the initiative, while SAML’s expertise in investment management played a pivotal role in shaping the content.

Industry leaders, seasoned professionals, esteemed faculty members, and enthusiastic students synergized to create a learning haven for financial empowerment and career advancement. Renowned figures like Mohammad Emran Hasan, CEO of SAML, and Jane Alam Romel, CMO of SAML, shared their invaluable insights, igniting the participants’ desire to excel in both finance and career paths.
